    John Dillon Fellowship

Your girl was honored to be apart of the JDF funded by the Australian Centre of International Research (ACIAR). A leadership program that aims to develop skills in agricultural management agricultural policy and/or extension technologies. It was an amazing 5 week course where we traveled along the coast of Australia (From Cairns to Canberra) undergoing workshops, networking events, site visits and cultural excursions. It was such a valuable fellowship because I learnt how to become a leader. Unlocking my inner self and giving me the confidence to become a leader but to understand how to communicate and support a team. I feel like a new person! A big fa'afetai tele lava to ACIAR, the John Dillon Fellows (ugh, I couldn't have done it without you!) University of the Sunshine Coast and SROS, for such a great opportunity.
